I got some edamame seed from the the U of IL, but the plants didn't do very well. What they did produce I saved for seed for next year. I sell eMerge non gmo seed and there are 3 varities of it that are grown for export to asia. The beans are sold dry in various bag sizes. Does anyone know how those beans would be prepared other then soy milk?
