I"m still not sure what they are.  They aren't drain flies....don't look like that picture, they don't have red eyes like fruit flies are supposed to.  and Mark swears they bite.  altho, I have yet to be bitten by one.  I must have thinned them out some over the last few days, cause they aren't as numerous now as before.
