I'm glad you both are passing the information along to people who may benefit from it.
PWP is setup to have the Dental and Medical Services actually provided in their facility. For example, the have 2 Dental rooms that are fully equipped with Dental Chair, Drill, etc., and they have a Dentist who will come in for appointments. You "practice" with the staff up to the point where they think you may be ready, then they schedule you for a time when the Hygenest/Dentist will be there. The ultimate goal is that you can go anywhere for the service.
There's certainly no reason why the principles of PWP couldn't be replicated in other areas, and I believe the folks at PWP would even be willing to help with training and seminars.
Not sure how much you explored the PWP site, but there's a webinar and a radio interview available under the "PWP in the News" tab (on the left hand side) that offer additional information.
