West Texas | How do you get the smoke flavor on a gas grill? Wood chips?
I smoke mine over either pecan wood or apple. got some wood from an apricot tree that died drying now. It takes at least 4 hrs to get the ribs done right. I just use garlic salt and pepper. Put them on, after an hr or so coat them with a mixture of butter, vinegar, honey and ketchup. Then leave alone until done. | |
