HELP!!!

I have a ipaq 3955 that i use with sitemate and trackmate when planting for all my records, and it just developed a major problem.  i was having some issues with it yesterday, so i hit the reset button, now it just keeps resetting itself over and over.  any ideas other than throwing the thing away and getting a different one?  any suggestions for a new ipaq?  how new do i need to go, models etc?  i am using a naveman 3450 gps sleeve with it.  thanks for any help.
