Southwest Illinois
I am close to that area and have not heard of yields that low. There is an area in north central Clinton county that was very dry and yields I've heard on the early corn are around 75-100 bushel per acre. This is a fairly isoalted area, maybe a 10 mile circle. Some areas in southern St. Clair county are reporting 100-125 or so but they expect yields to drop in the later plantings. I have not heard of much aflatoxin, but most corn is going to the bin right now and is probably not getting checked.
