"While the business has shown some promise on a regional or crop specific basis over the past three years, it has become apparent that we will not achieve the returns required to continue to provide these services. Accordingly, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue aerial imagery-based products and services such as the OptiGro System and to exit the aerial imagery business."
