Tekonsha Mi.
I am I an in a similar boat I had very little rain from may to aug. our corn tipped back and aborted kernels very badly. But since aug. 10 we have had around 12 in. of rain so our beans have filled pods nicely. Our corn looked dead everywhere till the rain came and released some N. Than it greened up so I am hoping what is their has big kernels and decent test weight we are about 3-6 weeks from harvest on our beans and if it stays hot than our corn will be ready early this year. That would be fine I would like to run the drier in 70 degrees instead of 40 deg's.
Here are some bean pic's from yesterday as they turn (there 2.0) and some shots of our tipped back corn and btw the corn is on Irr. ground it was just to darn hot for about 2-3 weeks, 100+ during the day and anywhere from 75 to 85 at night.
