I had been under the impression that 28% N was the same as 32% N but with a little extra water. Turns out 28% is Urea, Ammonium Nitrate, and Thiosulfate to form 28-0-0-5S. In this form they said 28 weighs more per gallon than 32. I still suppose a watered down 32 would work to prevent salting out, below freezing.
