Unless you had significant field losses, I would not be concerned about it. Early fall tillage will sprout quite a bit of "normal" loss and what you will see next year is insignificant. That is my experience with continuous corn the past 5 years.

We have been running roundup corn on roundup corn (triple stacks) for several years now.

However, if you are going to lose sleep over it, I would look at an Agrisure trait or Herculex trait and refuge with a Liberty hybrid or go with Clearfield hybrids and Lightning and you can clean all RR corn up.
