Subject: Grain moisture test at the elevator.

NEMO
A buddy has notice that when the elevator takes the grain sample they put it in a coffee can are constantly stirring it with there hands. (we go do a diffrent elevator so i'm not totally shur on the facts.) But his corn is always testing 1-1.5% wetter than what he is getting. So his theory is that stirring with hands changed the moisture reading. Does anybody else have a theory on this?
