Rempork, I am guessing that most of your Pennycress emerges in the fall, so fall spraying can usually take them out before they begin to compete with the crop. Waiting till spring usually dictates elevated herbicide rates and potential crop injury (with some products). Harmony Extra works well in the fall, especially for guys that double-crop soybeans. In areas without double-crop soybeans, finesse works well as it has residual activity - but only use on soils with less than 7.0 pH.
