Chilliwack, British Columbia | Wow. THanks Pokey, that seems like quite the setup for planting grass! I guess the wide spacing is for the seed to develop better?
I have heard bits and pieces of fescue seed production over the years, but never enough to fully grasp, that is why so many questions.
Why plant in the fall? I guess you guys are typically warm enough that it does not winter kill? Some farmers here have tried fall planting, but we can a bit of cold spell early on, which can easily take the grass out.
