South-central Nebraska | If I could go back to the brown box with JD Office I would. But, I was told the service on JD Office was going to stop, and I could recover some residual value of the system by selling my keycard back to JD for a limited time. In return, I paid the additional difference for a JD 2600 display and was told I would have Apex 2.0 in hand by last spring. Didn't happen, finally got Apex 2.0 Beta this last fall. Still has numerous problems which Stellar Support openly acknowledge. I hope to trade planters for 09 and possible udgrade tractors as well. If I switch out of green paint, the GS2 and Apex will go away as well. Will consider keeping it for the combine until the next system is up and working. Have yet to decide which other route to go. But in a nutshell, stay with GS1, original brown box with JD Office if it is working for you. | |
