Southwest MO | They did the same thing last year with the first new ford mustang GT 500 off the line, serial # 1. Bought by Ron Pratt for $600,000 again the money went to charity. He actually bid $500,000 and when they said it was for charity he upped his own bid to 600,000.
Ron Pratt usually buys the most expensive stuff there, he bought Carroll Shelbys Cobra for $5 million last year and the year before bought the 1950's GM superliner bus for $4 million. He has a private collection near Pheonix, wish it was open to the public I would like to see it sometime.
