Ethalene glycol antifreeze additive package normally keeps it slightly alkaline, so a ph of 3 would be very acid.

Does it have Dexcool coolant? Dexcool should have a slightly alkaline ph of 8-8.6. You may be getting some pretty serious corrosion damage to the engine and cooling system at a ph of 3.
You may be able to correct the ph level with a bottle of coolant additive from Deere or others, along with a pack of coolant test strips to get the proper additive concentration.
