Central Kansas | I think you would be streching it to try and do the heavy tillage you speak of with that narrow of tracks, unless you have some easy pulling ground. I know you mentioned that you don't like a Deere.......thats what I run and have 30in tracks and use every bit of them at times. I'd have 2 sets of tracks if I were going to use it as you mentioned in your post. On a Deere, takes about 1 to 2 hours to switch them over, actually takes longer to jack the tractor up then to make the belt change. Don't know about a Cat. Just my .02 worth. | |
