The wheel is the same from 74 through 2000 K series as long as you are talking drop centers rather then lock rings. The GM wheels are not spaced enough for 235/85R16's but we run them anyway. They are supposed to have 7.50 or 215's.
I don't know about anything newer then the end of the C/K's.
