As mentioned earlier it is almost impossible to weld a nasty old rusted cast iron exhaust manifold. Brass/brazing is not recommended either if the tractor is ever going to work hard as the manifold can get hot enough cause the brazing to fail. Might be OK for a parade, but not much else.
There are aftermarket exhaust manifold available for a lot of old tractors.
