This is currently a one year lease, me and another man that I work with are renting 1300 acres apiece, the reason is a long story. At the rates we were thinking it will be about $46 per acre for the equipment. We will be growing cotton and peanuts. These costs are for planting, spraying, and peanut harvest, cotton will be custom harvested. I hope that this will turn into a long term thing because from my budgets I can make enough money to make it worth my time and the headache. Any opinions on this type of operation? Anybody have any experience with something like this? | |
