Last October mine was 2.83 per square foot. That included final grading and packing, rebar on 2 foot centers, 5 inches of 6 bag mix, and a floor drain. Their work was flawless. Two men stayed until 10 PM doing finish work. Company with 35 years experience. The next best bid was $3.50.
