NW MN | Just reviewing some bids and although there is a range of just the forms and pour and ourselves doing some of the work to completed job with insulation and kytec installed we are looking at $4.50 - $7.10/sq. ft. Structure to be all metal with thickened edge slab and piers, 6400 sq. ft. Another thought to keep heat in slab is to go with ICF wall on a footing below frost line and piers for the column then pour 6" floor. Concrete at $100. | |
