CENTRAL ILLINIOS | We bought a 4wd deere 5 or 6 years ago that had a set of recaps on it that were new. We've put about 2000 hours on it and have replaced three of eight with another that looks like it may throw the cap any time. The three that we replaced all had issues with the casing/sidewall. In my opinion by the time you get the tread wore out on a tractor tire the casing has about done all it was intended to do. No problem with the wear on the recaps though - they still have a lot of tread left. | |
