Subject: Re: Field cultivator or mulch finisher?

Northern Illinois
why not just buy one a few companies already make "finishers" that dont have disk blades they have option of straight blades, Great Plains/Kent, Landoll, Krause I believe, there are several that do it, I have heard they work nicely for getting through more trash, also a field cultivator is not really a tool that will do much good as far as burying much trash, a finisher will bury more but I also dont know if they are as versatile as a field cultivator when it comes to ground conditions. You'll need disk blades or some way to move soil laterally more to bury trash. Bury more with primary tillage is always an option
