I could be wrong, but this sounds like the circiut board behind the seat could shorted out. You can "hot wire" around the safety by unplugging the electric valve and plugging in the auxillary valve to the loader. Then set the aux. to "on" and you should be able to use the other hydraulic like normal. I hope this helps, I know it can get frustrating in a hurry.
