My 763 has the BOSS system. It did what you're saying once and it was a bad wire going into the sensor on the right side by the control valves. I'm sorry I can't describe it better, If I get time I'll look and see what the proper term is for the sensor. Doesn't yours have a knob to pull up and over ride the loader up and down control?
