Subject: Bourgault 5710 Air Drill

Manitoba
Does anyone use a 5710 with 7" spacing on cereal stubble. We straight cut, and then fall anhydrous, and harrow. Have some heavy clay soils that produce a lot of straw(wheat/barley) in some of the lower lower areas, and frequently are wet here in the spring. Do you have clearance problems, because of the narrow spacing? We are currently using a Bourgault cultivator with 10" spacings and no problems. Also, any other comments on the 5710 or 8810 would be welcome. Thanks
