Newfane NY | We spray them with rounup for the grass then disk, let the peas germinate then disk again. After the last rain we got they are really growing now. Next monday we will decide if we will spray roundup or disk them again. About wed we will spray herbicide then start planting snap beans. Should be done by Aug 1st. All of this is a big if, depending what the storm on the east coast does. We are hoping for no rain until after the first of Aug. Corn and soybeans here look great, on the way to another bumpper crop. John | |
