Hay Wilson in TX
Posted 7/21/2006 07:27 (#28516)
Subject: The unmitigated joys of a humid climate.

Little River, TX
Any sane person in Central Texas would expect little or no problems or anxiety when it comes to baling hay in July. The humidity should go below 70% by 9 AM and the way will be open to bale hay.
Not yesterday! Yesterday the humidity did not descend below 70% until just after 11 AM with isolated trace rains from time to time.

To add to my joy, when the last of the hay was safely in the barn the sky cleared and the sun came out.

The Eastern Hay Grower has both my sympathy and admiration.
