| Many, if not all, of the private companies wheat varieties are covered by the PVP as well as patented. You can't legally save and plant this seed. I believe it falls under patent infringement violations. Most times you will just get a letter reminding you that this is illegal but in the worst case you could end up in court if some one wanted to pursue legal action as Monsanto has with RR beans. | |
