It normally sits in a slow charger on the shelf in the house over night.It had been removed probably an hour before it caught fire.She carries it with her when she is outside or where ever.It is a Bendix King (spell)Radio, It was issued by her EMS service.It had not even been transmitted on in days, it was only recieving.
Hand held radio battery fire!
