Subject: Re: Milking Machinary

I have a tie stall barn and milk 52 cows. three years ago dad and i switched to Delaval's Delatron 200 pulsators. They are electric controlled and have functioned very well. I really like them, they are light weight, well built and pulse the same day in and day out. The cows milk out very well with them. If you are looking for a whole new milking machine I am not sure what to recomend but I think that Delaval has a very good line up and should be able to be serviced by nearly anyone.

I don't know who you have for a supplier but IBA has been our supplier for about a year and we can get all the parts for our milking equipment through them. They have been good to us and help us out even in a pinch.

I would have to say that local service is the most important thing, it doesn't do any good to have the best if you have to wait 3 days for service.

Hope this helps,

Nathan
