I would go slow and leave a test area. Have come to the conclusion that of all the inputs that do the best. Lime, fertilizer and a little sulfer will cover 99 prcent of problems. Course it goes without saying good drainage will also do wonders.

The others seem to be just extras that one year in ten or twenty will pay for themselves. He does have some good ideas on the various types of fertilizers and how they break down, trouble is it may cost more than using whats available and adding more or less. Just go slow.
