trenched or plowed? The sides will smear shut,can always run a subsoiler when it's dry enough and break it loose. just don't snag the tile if it's shallow. Or just give it time, they will eventually work ork out. I like to plant whaet just to do improvements when the soil is dry. Everything just works better. That said it is still better to get it done than sit and wait for perfect conditions.
