southern MN | Laptops are harder (more $$$$) to upgrade, so start with a really good video card in it. That would be the big deal that would be hard to change later.
I don't know how others feel, but the 'gamer systems' are often geared towards very high speed graphics, and might be a place to start on a video editing platform? I'm more asking that saying on this.......
