Subject: RC Signal lost

Did an upgrade for the controller. Now I have lost the RC signal. I have turned everything off and restarted and I have deleted and reinstalled the DJ app on my Ipad Air. Batteries are 75%. All of this is being done inside the house with everything within 6feet. Now what ?
