Rolla, ND | That's what they make destoners for. Use a sieve mill to remove the small stuff and then run over a destoner. Gravity table should work also.
I wouldn't think it would be too big a deal if you don't mix in a lot of stones, areas with stones end up with quite a few in the beans anyway. No one would use soybeans in a way that required no stones without destoning unless they really want problems.
