| I agree, things happen, you just don't want them to happen all the time. I had a lady pulling wagons into town for me get them a little jack knifed at the elevator in some gravel (they paved it shortly afterward) and she was pretty shook up. All I could do was give her a little advice about trying to stop on gravel (I think she already had figured it out though) and said we just can't have it happen every trip because it takes too long. She worked the rest of the day without a hitch. Getting angry would not have fixed the dent in the truck and I may have lost some good help.
