...or wheat / milo is traditional here. I'm seeing more dryland corn here also instead of just irrigated corn. I'm tending more towards beans than milo because the birds are (blackbirds) getting to be more of a problem here. My fields closer to town can easily see 50% drops in yield because of birds damage....some years are worse than that.
Bean acres for '07?
