Subject: I find #8s do the trick.


Prefer 12ga. as the shells are cheaper here than 20s or 410s. Have used a 16ga. but again shells are high. Mass produced 12s are the way to go.

Remember that a blackbird is now Federally Protected so don't shoot one on purpose. I always shoot right in front of them, never at the bird. But sometimes accidents do happen.........................not my fault he flew into the pattern.

How on Earth did a stinking blackbird become protected? Who was running that meeting? (:
