| Not sure you got the whole answer from your ICGA guy.
Mr. Rod Weinzierl has many of his facts correct, seems to get some mixed up in the answers though.
The Class I RR part is true; however, I don't think you'll find a $5370+ per car frieght advantage to the east coast that he tells of. (Mr. Weinzierl's $.50 per bushel premium over IA and still making more money)
Also, in the other article he speaks of US ETOH capacity being 10+ billion gallons per year by Sept. of '08. I'm begining to think that most of these guys like him are studying ethanol by the glass full and really have no touch with the industry.
Those are just 2 of the blatant ones, still the reporter could have taken things out of context or misquoted him. My guess is that you got it right a while back, when you said the site still looked like a bean field. Next year it'll probably be corn. | |
