northeastern Ohio
I use www.noaa.gov It seems to be the most accurate here.

I used to have NOAA's forcast for our county bookmarked on my computer and my wife had the forcast for Salem bookmarked on her computer. They were often different! So I watched them both for a while and determined that the city forcast was updated more often and seemed to be more precise.

Several years ago I used Weatherbug, but I would not recommend it. It was always running in the background on my computer. I had the free version, so it would often give me pop-ups. The forcast was not that accurate either, but they did have up to the minute weather conditions thanks to a data collector at our local school.
