5. Will grade and delivery policies for corn be the same at both the US Bio Plant, Albert City and the Ag Partners facility? The following will be the major differences that producers will need to consider. 1. The U.S. Bio Plant will not average grade factors across multiple loads of corn as Ag Partners allows. 2. U.S. Bio will have a maximum moisture allowance of 16.5% moisture for each load. 3. Corn cannot be delivered to the plant for future price later or Warehouse Receipt storage. Corn delivered that is not contracted will be spotted out at the close of the day it is delivered.
12. Will producers be able to deliver with tractors and wagons? No. The plant is concerned about the safety of the producer and with the anticipated volume of trucks going in and out of the plant, they would ask that their be no tractors and wagons.
