| I just looked it up, and for my 1680 which has the navistar engine, it is .8 to 1.2gpm. (well, I had most of the numbers right anyway, just in the wrong order.) Same pressures though.
I went ahead and just bought a flow meter for this purpose since it is a very important diagnostic tool, especially when weather is pushing and you dont have time to guess. It cost allmost $400.00 time all the shipping and guage, and hose made was accounted for. It will go from .2 to 5gpm. Since you've allready been inside the clutch and know how it operates, you know how goofy the pump is plumbed. It took me awhile to figure out why the flow was so important if the pressures were right.
800 psi.........wow! Unfortunatly I happen to know what happens when a line to the cooler pops.:-( Mucho dollars. | |
