| Old Pokey: My brother-in-law grows grass seed. He has had a neighbour with a Cat 470 (I think) come and do some of his seed for a few years. He is extremely pleased with the job it does, mostly for quality but also for capacity. Only had 5% dockage in some western wheat grass they did a few weeks ago! Capacity seemes to be more than double that of a JD 9600 that another neighbour brought over to try, and his dockage was very high. Don't think he has tried a red machine yet. I'm too far away to bring my 2388 over. | |
