I do not know how your registration is in your state, but in Iowa the trailer registration is $10.50. The tractors can either be registered with farm plates, Iowa commercial, or the white plates that are pro-rated for interstate use(state to state). I am sure as long as the tractor and driver are licensed properly, you will be OK.
