I'd figure it every way you can imagine and see how the numbers compare.   You want to look at what you have invested in the year so far for one end of the spectrum, and what you expect to make in the way of profit on it, for the other.  Somewhere in between is probably a reasonable number.  

 

Fur sure you should get your rent back plus custom rates for whatever operations you have done, plus fair value of the wheat crop, or retain it until harvest.  

I would not just roll over and give it up without fair compensation, but on the other hand keep in mind what John said earlier regarding that how you handle this will probaby come back to you, one way or the other.
