NC Kansas | Yep, half is wheat, which I keep regardless. They want to return the rent on the half that will be beans.
I'm trying to keep the ego and feelings out of it, but it is tough to figure how they could be that spendthrift buying the ground without considering whether there might be a rental agreement to consider.
