St.Clair Co. IL. | I was reading one of my farm magazines last night came across one of those ask the experts forum. aguy was worried cause he bid some cash rent ground up to 300 a @ last yr. now he has refigured his cost and can only make a profit on 150 rent, he was wondering if he should just walk away or try to renigociate his deal, Poor guy!!!
If he would have printed his name I'm sure we could taken up a collection for this poor guy who just HAD TO HAVE THAT GROUND! my opinion and it's mine so I can say it, I hope his landlords get thier money, and all the other landlords he has hears what he was willing to pay and up their rent, really would like to know how this plays out.
