IL. | good luck getting a landlord to give you a break on the present yrs. rent agreement. no matter what you can prove (cost/profit) I'm just mad about the high rent that has been published in the farm news, my one landlord wanted to void this yrs. deal and raise the rent with a garantee that next yr. it would only be raised a set amount, I said I didn't come to you for a lower deal when I had 50 bu. corn two yrs. in a row cause a deal is a deal, I get the feeling I may not be farming it next yr. so will need to rethink my fertiizer plan, may put most of it in furrow to get the full benifit of it now.
